This document contains information regarding the fixes and 
enhancements for SpamWeasel releases to supplement the
User's Guide and Online help.

The following lists the key changes in this release.
- Added a delay parameter for use in the startup group to help
  reduce conflict problems on bootup reported by some users.
- Some internal changes made to the registration system to improve
  stability.
- Changed the exception process when a communication timeout occurs.
- Changed the default timeouts used for the connection to the ISP 
  POP server.
- Added optional settings to adjust the TCP timeouts. These
  settings may be included in the user settings file.
  The format for the settings are:-
  "/SocketRxTimeout" = nnn   and    "/SocketTxTimeout" = nnn
    where nnn is the timeout in seconds between each TCP packet
    received or sent.

The following lists the key changes/fixes in this second beta

- Fixed a problem where on some installations the user could not
  register SpamWeasel Pro.
- If the script function AddDecisionDetails is passed a null
  string it will no longer add a blank line to the mail header.
- Disable Check Rule option under rule editor right click menu.
- Corrected the operation of the FileOpen() & FileClose() script 
  functions.
- Improved the instructions in the Config and Registration Wizards.
- Expanded the virus scanning example system rule.
- Corrected the uninstall routine when using add/remove programs.

Welcome to this first beta release of Mailgate's SpamWeasel Pro.

To install this software, download and run the installer executable
file. This will install the required components on your machine and
guide you through the initial configuration.

If you already have SpamWeasel Free installed the Configuration 
Wizard in SpamWeasel Pro will allow you to copy your data from
SpamWeasel Free. Your installation of the free version will be 
de-activated but otherwise will not be changed.
You can easily re-activate it if you do not wish to continue 
to use Pro.

- Whole new Rule System. In the Rules Tab you can:-
  - Order the rules by drag and drop.
  - Create and edit user rules.
  - Access/create lists from with the rule editor.
  - Many new functions for stronger mail checking.
- Spam Rating System now uses a points based system.
  - 5 rating bands with associated configurable actions 
  - User definable bands - drag the band settings.
  - Easy access to each bands actions.
- Much Stronger mail checker.   
  - Automatic decoding of raw message data so rules can
