This document contains information regarding the fixes and 
enhancements for Mail Manager Extension releases which supplements
the User's Guide and Online help.

1.1  SDR0149 - The use of certain actions could cause the module 
     to leave a copy of a '.xsn' file in the mailgate queue folder
     for each message processed. This is now corrected.

1.2  SDR0151 - Fixed a possible problem with MIME message handling 
     identified while investigating other issues.

1.3  SDR0152 - Fixed a possible problem with the handling of RFC822
     type attachments (one email attached to another). This also
     identified while investigating other issues.

1.1  ENH0066 - Added a new action, "No Action", and changed the
     default for new rules to this action.

1.2  SDR0128 - If a message body string is entered with wild cards,
     server resource usage could become excessive because wildcard
     *'s are added by the system. Modified the handling of these
     entries to only add *'s if not entered by the user.

1.3  SDR0129 - If the order of rules is changed then a rule detail
     is changed, the error message "Rule name already in use" could
     appear when saving the changes. This is now fixed.

1.4  SDR0130 - Mail Manager counters were not saved or restored
     when using the backup/restore feature. This is now fixed.
     Note - user also reported the header/footer data was not
     restored. This is correct as this data is held in disk files
     in the Mailmanager folder and should be subject to normal
     file backup arrangements.

1.5  SDR0132 - Conditions based on the Header Field options could
     fail to match correctly. This is now fixed.

1.1  BTL0119 - Modified Archive Action to only archive a single copy
     of a message in a given archive folder.

1.2  BTL0120 - Corrected some issues with the encoding of HTML
     header/footer data.

1.3  BTL0121 - In earlier versions of the module rules could be
     created with no name and are therefore not visible in the
     rules list. These will now display with a name <no name>.

1.4  BTL0122 - Fixed issues with sharing archived data with the
     message viewer utility. 

1.5  BTL0124 - Corrected some problems with the Moderate Action
     and added user control of the notification messages created.

1.6  BTL0125 - Corrected message encoding issues with the Create
     message action and added an option to include the original
     mail.

1.7  BTL0126 - Added user definable From and Subject fields to
     the Forward action and an option to include the original
     mail in the Create Message action.

1.8  BTL0127 - Added the ability to reference the message file
     in the Execute Program action by using the macro
     %%MESSAGE-FILE%%. The file is available in read-only shared
     mode only.

Welcome to this first release of the Mail Manager Extension.

To install the module, download and run the installer executable
file. This will install the required components for the module.

You must now configure the module. Double click on the
Mail Manager item in the Extensions section of the user interface
to access the configuration screens.

To activate the module, you will need to stop and re-start
the MailGate service.

Please consult the help text for details on how to use the module.
